“Every child is gifted with talent” — Sahdev Mahato
Today, 22 November 2025 (Saturday), a Sankalp Talent Search Examination was organized at Rajkiyakrit Balika Middle School, Rajganj, under the banner of Jai Dharti Maa Foundation. All students of the school participated in the exam.
Addressing the participants, Sahdev Mahato, Director of Sankalp Education and District Secretary of Jai Dharti Maa Foundation, said that every child is inherently talented. It is the responsibility of teachers to identify and nurture that talent. Each child possesses unique strengths in different subjects, and to recognize these qualities, it is important to instill a sense of healthy competition among students. This spirit motivates children to work hard.
Serving as exam invigilators were school teachers: Shankar Lal Swarnkar, Anil Kumar Pandey, Badri Vishal Sinha, Sushila Kumari, F.R. Siddiqui, Anjana Kumari, and Principal Aklu Mohali.

It is noteworthy that Jai Dharti Maa Foundation will conduct this Talent Search Examination across all schools in the district, completely free of cost. From each school, three students will be selected for Block-level and District-level rounds, and the Foundation will support them in their education and career guidance.
