Driven by a determination to turn his passion into a profession, Manish enrolled at the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Pusa, one of India’s most esteemed culinary institutes, and completed his course in 2014. Innovating Flavors at Jamming Goat 3.0

Today, Chef Raturi stands at the helm as Executive Chef of Jamming Goat 3.0 in Kokapet, Hyderabad—a restaurant celebrated for its bold, progressive menu and immersive dining experience. His kitchen is a laboratory where tradition meets innovation, bringing dishes to life that are both familiar and avant-garde.

From his signature slow-cooked Nihari served with pao to creative interpretations of Indian street food, each dish is a narrative of flavor and culture. His core philosophy is straightforward yet powerful: “Let the flavors tell the story.”

Being an Executive Chef is about more than creating exceptional dishes—it’s about leadership.
