Around the same time, Maurice Dsilva connected with like-minded Mr.Anees Ali an FTA-approved tax agent and expert in finance, taxation, and accounting together they co-founded Vigor Accounting and Taxation. Anees Ali having technical depth and a strong command over UAE financial regulations, made him the ideal partner to complement Maurice Dsilva’s operational and strategic strengths.
What made their partnership powerful wasn’t just their expertise, It was their shared mindset. Both believed that entrepreneurship should be accessible, streamlined, and supported. They envisioned a platform that didn’t just offer services, but truly walked alongside entrepreneurs from day one.
By 2018, that vision became Vigor Accounting and Consultancy paired with a full-service business center in Dubai. Together, Maurice Dsilva and Anees Ali built a structure that could help others avoid the obstacles they once faced and empower them instead.

When VIGOR first entered the UAE market, we did so with a vision which was to create a business consultancy that truly understood the local landscape. But the path was far from straightforward.
