New guidelines issued for coaching centers in Rajasthan, action will be taken against showing fake advertisements

The Rajasthan government has issued a guideline to crack down on the growing coaching mafia in the state. Under which coaching monitoring committee will now be formed across the state. In which along with the police-administration, parents and doctors will also be involved. At the same time, an online portal will also be created for the grievances of the students. Which will be monitored at the Chief Minister level.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that students are very upset due to competition and academic pressure across the country. Many students have also committed suicide in the recent past. Therefore, to overcome the problem of the students, the government has prepared the Coaching Guidelines 2022. In which work has been done to improve the mental condition of the students along with improving their educational system. For this, the team of government officials, employees as well as parents and doctors will also continuously monitor the coaching institutes. In such a situation, any coaching institute will not follow the guidelines of the government. Strict action will be taken against them.

These points are included in the guidelines

Students studying in coaching institutes will be informed about other career options in case they fail to clear the entrance examinations of IITs and medical institutions.
Provision has been made for easy exit policy and fee refund in case students leave the coaching institute.
A complaint portal will be created to report the grievances of the students against the coaching institute.
Police verification will be mandatory for all the employees working in the coaching center.
Institutions running residential coaching will have to maintain a record of all types of movement.
Strict action will be taken against the coaching institutes for misleading the students by showing false, fake and misleading advertisements.

Let us tell you that a state level committee will be formed to implement the guidelines made by the state government for coaching institutes across the state. In which top officials of the government including higher education, school education, medical education, home department will be involved.

At the same time, District Level Coaching Institute Monitoring Committee will be constituted in all 33 districts of the state. In which the officers of the education and police departments along with the additional district collector of the district will be included. At the district level, parents, coaching institutes, representatives of NGOs, psychologists and motivational speakers will also be included in the coaching institute monitoring committee.
