Two individuals, one of them being a doctor, have been charged after reportedly conducting a ‘sex change’ operation on a young man without his permission in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. The case came to light after the 20-year-old victim, who had disappeared for a month, reached out to his mother from the hospital to explain what had happened.
